  • How far in advance should I book?

    Typically 2–4 weeks; urgent projects may be accommodated.

  • Can I rent the studio without a crew?

    Yes, hourly rates apply.

  • What’s your cancellation policy?

    CANCELLATION NOTICE

    More than 48 hours before booking: No cancellation fee.

    24–48 hours before booking: 50% of the booking fee will be charged.

    Less than 24 hours before booking or no-show: 100% of the booking fee will be charged.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    Yes! Split deposits for large projects.

What To Know

At Social Project Studios, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all our clients and staff, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice

  • More than 48 hours before booking: No cancellation fee.
  • 24–48 hours before booking: 50% of the booking fee will be charged.
  • Less than 24 hours before booking or no-show: 100% of the booking fee will be charged.

2. Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule their session once without penalty if requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

3. Late Arrivals

  • Arriving more than 30 minutes late without prior notice may result in session cancellation with full payment retained.

4. Studio Cancellations

  • In rare cases where Social Project Studios must cancel (e.g., equipment failure, emergencies), clients will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
